Sally Regan CEO
Sally Regan has extensive leadership experience across housing, homelessness, primary health, and disability. Sally has a strong track record in managing complex services, leading large teams, and driving reforms that improve outcomes for people with complex needs. Sally has expertise in program design and evaluation, including social outcomes measurement. She is deeply committed to culturally safe practice and has successfully delivered Reconciliation Action Plans in previous roles. Sally’s expertise in trauma-informed, client-centred service delivery and her ability to build strong partnerships with government and community make her exceptionally well-placed to guide Kamira into its next phase of growth and impact.
Master's of Advanced Social Work (University of Melbourne) and Bachelor of Social Work (Hons, UNSW).
